Processing Your Order

Most orders will be shipped out the same day or within one Business Day* of the order date. If an item you ordered is on back-order or if there is a delay in processing your order for any reason, you will be notified via e-mail within one business day as to the status of your order. Please be sure to provide us will a valid e-mail address as e-mail is our primary means of contacting you if there are any issues with your order.

At this time, we only ship to address within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

The SHIP TO address you provide us must be a valid street address. If you only provide us with a PO Box for your ship to address, your order will be delayed and placed on hold until we are able to contact you and verify a street address.

We ship out items via UPS and USPS depending on the size and weight of your order.

We do not ship to APO's and FPO's.

* When calculating approximate delivery time, the day an item ships DOES NOT count as a shipping day. For example, if you place Rush Air Shipping order Monday evening, your order will ship out on Tuesday so Wednesday will be the first shipping day and Thursday will be the second shipping day. Business Days are Monday-Friday and do not include holidays.
