Availability Policy and In-Stock Status
At Swimzilla.com, we do our best to feature a wide selection of suits and gear because we know that many individuals and teams use our website as an online catalog and as a reference tool to see all the sizes and colors of suits, apparel and gear that are available from all the different swim manufacturers.  While we strive to keep all of the items that appear on our website in stock, due to manufacturer availability, time of year and demand, we cannot always guarantee that we will have every single size, of every color, of every item that is pictured on our website in stock at all times.  It is possible that you could put an item in your cart that we are temporarily out of stock on.  If this happens, we are usually able to rush order that item from the manufacturer and still get it to you within the stated delivery window.  However, sometimes back-orders do happen.  For immediately availability on any particular item(s), please refer to the Quick Find Tool or send an email to info@swimzilla.com and we will respond to you promptly.

Back-Orders or Shipping Delays
If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, is back-ordered, or if there is a delay in processing your order for any reason, you will be notified via e-mail within one business day as to the status of your order.  We will provide you with the estimated ship date of the item(s) you ordered as well as substitution options if the item(s) you ordered has a lengthy back-order.  Please be sure to provide us will a valid e-mail address as e-mail is our primary means of contacting you if there are any issues with your order.  After placing your order, please monitor your email over the next day or two to make sure you receive and are able to respond promptly to any notifications regarding your order.

Partial Shipments

If you place an order for multiple items and one of the items you ordered is back-ordered or cannot ship out immediately, we will attempt to contact you to see how you would like us to proceed with your order.  If we are unable to get in touch with you within 1-2 Days of you placing your original order, we will ship out the available items from your order while still attempting to contact you about the back-ordered item.
