Returns and Exchanges Please read through all the information below carefully. Any items sent back to us that are not eligible for return/exchange will be sent back you you at your expense.
Swimzilla.com Return Policy If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days from the ship date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the ship date. All returned items must be in their original, new, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Because of health department regulations, all swimwear must be tried on over an undergarment or it may not be returned. Custom items or items made to a customer's specification MAY NOT be returned. All returns must be sent back pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns. For your protection, we recommend sending your items back using an insured/traceable method. If you are unsure as to whether or not you can return an item, please contact a Swimzilla representative. Please send an email to info@swimzilla.com. Return Process If the item(s) you purchased is eligible for return, simply fill out the Merchandise Return/Exchange Form and send your item back to us with the return form inside the package. Be sure to fill out the return form COMPLETELY and be sure to include your original order #, description of the item you are returning and your contact information. Failure to completely fill out the return form may delay the processing of your return. Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) for your return to be processed and refunded.
Exchange Process You may use one of the following two options to exchange your item.
Option 1 (Faster): Simply place a new order for the item you need and follow the return process to send back the item you wish to exchange. This way, your new item will be on the way and in your hands without needing to wait for your return to be processed and an exchange to be sent out.
Option 2 (Slower): Completely fill out the Return/Exchange form being sure to include your original order #, description of the item you are returning and your contact information. Choose an item from our website that you would like to receive as the exchange and write down the style #, name, size and color option in the exchange area on the Return/Exchange form. Send back the item you wish to exchange and include the Return/Exchange form in the package. Your return will be processed and the exchange shipped out within 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return item.
Return Shipping Charges If your original order was shipped for free and the item you are returning brings your original order total back under $85 (the order amount that qualifies for free shipping), a $5.99 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging an item, the credit card you used on your original order will be charged $5.99 to send back your exchanged item(s).
Large Quantity and Group Orders Orders for more than 12 units of any particular item (such as suits, goggles or equipment for your team) are considered large quantity or group orders and are permitted to return up to 10% of the initial order within 30 days of the ship date. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns greater than 10% of the initial order. If you received a quantity discount on your original order and your return drops your order total below the quantity that qualifies for the discount, the savings you received because of the quantity discount will be deducted from your refund.
